Important Deadline
Claims Bar Date: The Claims Bar Date is established by the Court’s Order. The Receiver will post specific bar date information once the Notice to Creditors process is finalized. See the Court Order for details.
If you believe Medinah Minerals, Inc. owes you money, you must file a Proof of Claim by the bar date. Claims not filed by the bar date may be barred.
Who Should File a Claim?
You should file a Proof of Claim if you have an unpaid claim against Medinah Minerals, Inc., including but not limited to:
- Unpaid invoices for services rendered
- Unpaid legal fees
- Loans or advances
- Transfer agent fees
- Tax obligations
- Judgments or litigation claims
- Any other debt or obligation
Who Should NOT File a Claim?
Shareholders do NOT need to file a claim.
If you own MDMN shares and are waiting for a potential distribution, you do NOT need to file a Proof of Claim. Any shareholder distribution is handled separately and is subject to Court approval. See Shareholder FAQs and Process Overview.
How to File a Claim
Step 1: Download the Proof of Claim Form

Step 2: Complete the Form
Provide all requested information, including:
- Your name and contact information
- The amount you claim is owed
- The basis for your claim (attach supporting documentation)
- Whether you hold any security or collateral
- Your signature under penalty of perjury
Step 3: Attach Supporting Documentation
Include copies of documents necessary to support your claim,including potentially:
- Contracts or engagement letters
- Invoices
- Correspondence/demand letters
- Judgments or court orders
- Any other documents supporting your claim

We recommend submitting by email and requesting a read receipt, or by certified mail, so you have proof of timely submission.
What Happens After You File?
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your claim
- Review: The Receiver will review your claim
- Determination: You will receive written notice of whether your claim is:
- Allowed in full
- Allowed in part
- Disallowed
- Objection: If you disagree with the determination, you may object to the Court under NRS 78.685
The Receiver’s determination of claims is subject to Court review and approval.
Priority of Claims
Under Nevada law (NRS 78.710), claims are paid in the following order of priority:
- Costs and expenses of the receivership (including Court-approved Receiver compensation)
- Debts due to employees (wages)
- Other allowed creditor claims
Any distribution to shareholders occurs only after all allowed creditor claims and administrative expenses are paid, and only with Court approval. No shareholder distribution is guaranteed.
