What Happens After You File?

  1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your claim
  2. Review: The Receiver will review your claim
  3. Determination: You will receive written notice of whether your claim is:
    • Allowed in full
    • Allowed in part
    • Disallowed
  4. Objection: If you disagree with the determination, you may object to the Court under NRS 78.685

The Receiver’s determination of claims is subject to Court review and approval.


Priority of Claims

Under Nevada law (NRS 78.710), claims are paid in the following order of priority:

  1. Costs and expenses of the receivership (including Court-approved Receiver compensation)
  2. Debts due to employees (wages)
  3. Other allowed creditor claims

Any distribution to shareholders occurs only after all allowed creditor claims and administrative expenses are paid, and only with Court approval. No shareholder distribution is guaranteed.
