Our mission is to:

  1. Secure all assets of Medinah Minerals, Inc.
  2. Establish and administer a claims process for creditors under Nevada law and the Court’s orders
  3. Pay allowed claims and Court-approved administrative expenses from estate assets
  4. If assets remain, seek Court approval for an appropriate plan for the estate, which may include a distribution to shareholders and other steps directed by the Court

Any distribution or other disposition of assets is subject to Court approval and may not occur.

For Shareholders

You do NOT need to file a claim.

If you own MDMN shares, no action is required at this time unless specific instructions are posted. If, after payment of allowed creditor claims and administrative expenses, assets remain available for shareholders, the Receiver will seek Court approval for a distribution plan. No distribution is guaranteed.

Any potential distribution may be made in cash, securities, or other property, and may be subject to restrictions, transfer agent processes, brokerage custody limitations, and Court-approved procedures.
